We value your feedback as it helps inform our decision-making process, so never hesitate to contact us with concerns, questions, product enhancement or modification requests, or new product or service ideas that would help you do what you do better. We stive to improve what we do daily, and your feedback helps us do that in an informed and purposeful manner. In other words, help us help you!
PASSPORT
Be on the lookout for communications related to Passport. There will be a series of Product Council sessions scheduled in the November and December timeframe this fall. These virtual sessions are designed to solicit your feedback and ideas about how to improve this product. We have a few ideas of our own about how to do that, but we want to make sure we hit the mark with the next set of feature enhancements. Your only investment is an hour of your time to help us better understand what you need and want Passport to do. These sessions will be planned in a regional cohort format but feel free to attend any session fits your schedule. Details to follow shortly.
As a reminder, effective December 1, 2023, the price of Passport will increase from $10 to $15 for all students. Billing invoices generated for Colleges and Universities who pay for their student’s registration in bulk will reflect this price increase after that date. Students who self-pay for this product are already paying the $15 rate.
PRICING MODIFICATIONS
The cost escalation rate for new Learning Management System (LMS) contracts written/renewed in 2024 will be 3.75% effective January 1, 2024, for any contract over 250 seats. The price for a 250-seat minimum client will remain $2,750 for Silver, $4,250 for Gold, and $5,000 for Gold Plus (Includes Information Security Series “ISS”). The rates for “Dashboard for Small Facilities” and “Essentials” will remain unchanged in 2024. Current LMS clients who have less than the 250-user minimum installation for our Legacy LMS and who do not use the “Events” feature in the Legacy LMs will be eligible to move to Dashboard at their renewal date in 2024. They will then be able to take advantage of the lower pricing for this new version of our core product. “Events” is under development and will be added to the Dashboard version at the conclusion of the build process. There are a few technical requirements that must be met in order to facilitate a smooth transition to the cloud so if you are desirous of this option, please reach out to your Product Support Specialist to discuss these requirements at support@carelearning.com.
CONTENT
We are in the process of developing a new series of course content focused on Hospice and Palliative Care clients. We are still early in this process, and it will be several months before it is fully available, but this is an area that needs enhancement, and we hope to have this available soon. If you have a need for specific service line content that you do not currently have access to, please reach out to your Product Support Specialist to make this request and let us see what we can do to help you fill this gap.
careSKILLS
The careSkills Competency Management platform helps you perform competency assessments, analyze skill gaps and drive workforce development. The careSkills Performance Management platform helps employees with setting goals, journals their progress, and automates your performance appraisal processes. These two features are combined in the careSkills product by careLearning and can help you reduce turnover, improve employee satisfaction, and create an environment of continued improvement for your staff. Clients that sign a new agreement and fully implement their system in 2024 are eligible for savings as follows: One-year agreement – 10%, two-year agreement – 15%, and three-year agreement – 25% off of the retail pricing for this product. If you would like more information on this product, please reach out to Peggy Engelkemier at peggyeng@carelearning.com to set up a demo and discuss pricing options.
NEW DISCOUNTS
At careLearning we understand that the financial pressures on healthcare are never ending. The challenges and struggles for healthcare bottom lines at every level continue to be one of the things that cannot be avoided. We continue to be mindful and keenly aware of this in our approach to pricing and contract management. We are a member service operating under the direction of state hospital associations, so we remain focused on this area. As part of that, we are introducing a new tiered discount model for associated entities.
When entities are related to each other through a cooperative partnership, shared ownership, umbrella ownership, or other legally recognized linkage between entity locations we will provide the following discounts. Once an umbrella organization has a minimum of three installs, all entities are eligible for a 10% discount off the annual base fees. Once an organization reaches the 5th installation this rate can increase to a 15% savings for all orgs, at 10 or more installations this discount rate can increase to a 20% savings for all entities. Discounts are applied at the time of the next contract renewal for existing careLearning clients, or at the time of implementation for a new organization.
You must disclose who your partners are to participate in this discount. From our perspective, it is not always readily available when these partnerships exist so, please reach out to us to discuss your eligibility for this credit. In addition, anytime a new organization implements careLearning for the first time as part of your shared umbrella organization, we will provide a onetime referred client credit for that new organization their first year. Please contact Sales@carelearning.com with any questions you may have about these options.
As always, if you have questions or would like additional information about of our other products or services, do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@carelearning.com or call us at 866-617-3904. We are happy to help.
